Introducing: Journey2Work

Get to know Pecan’s newest project

Pecan’s newest project, Journey2Work, helps people who are 50+ back into employment. Wilhelmina, who delivers the Journey2Work programme at Pecan, helps people with their CVs, employability skills and job searches. Journey2Work clients can also benefit from attending the training programmes that Pecan runs including First Aid at Work and Health and Safety.

The project is run with the belief that everyone is unique and therefore their journey to employment will also be unique. Wilhelmina works with each client one-to-one to create a bespoke plan to help people get into, and stay in, employment.

There may be any number of barriers to employment, all of which Wilhelmina can help people overcome. This may involve partnering with other organisations at times.

If you or someone you know is looking to find and sustain long-term employment, contact Wilhelmina now! You must be aged 50 or over, living in Southwark, Lewisham or Lambeth and unemployed or inactive. If you are interested, please contact Wilhelmina on 020 7732 0007 or wilhelmina.quaynor@pecan.org.uk
