What are you doing to celebrate Black History Month?
Our HOurBank team are very excited that they have managed to get The Black Heroes Foundation to help us celebrate Black History Month.
The Black Heroes Foundation are a community-based charity that help to develop the cultural awareness and promotion of Black Heroes. They also hold theatrical and music events.
They will be visiting two of our HOurBank Cafes to run a presentation, song and quiz to help us consider the impact of the docking of the Empire Windrush, 70 years on.
Do I have to be an HOurBank member to come?
This event is open to the public and all are welcome. Feel free to drop by and bring a friend!
