Pecan works closely with employers in South London to fill vacancies with local people. We are not an agency and our aim is to help local people and employers find the best possible fit for their needs.
We develop relationships with our employer partners to help support them in finding the best candidates for their roles and we are committed to finding sustainable, long term employment for our clients and long term employees for our partner employers.
What we offer employers:
- A pool of candidates who have been trained and are ready for employment and can fit the criteria of open vacancies
- Up to 6 months support for employees in new jobs
- Support with obtaining DBS checks
