Call for Personnel and HR Consultants Pecan Salary Review Tender

Pecan is seeking to conduct our tri-annual review of staff salaries and benefits. We are looking to engage a consultant with a strong understanding of human resources, pay bands, staff benefits, market trends and benchmarking. In addition, they will need a strong understanding of the voluntary sector and a good knowledge of faith based organisations would be desirable.

Pecan is seeking to complete the review by the middle of February so that recommendations can be submitted to the Board of Trustees and agreed changes implemented for the beginning of April. It is therefore of the highest importance that we are able to keep to the timetable set out in the tender document.
